What You Will Do
ประมวลผลบัญชีเงินเดือนสำหรับลูกค้าหลายราย เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความถูกต้องและสอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบด้านบัญชีเงินเดือน
ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลบัญชีเงินเดือนที่จำเป็นและแก้ไขความคลาดเคลื่อนใดๆ
จัดเตรียมและยื่นเอกสารภาษีและเอกสารทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงินเดือนรายเดือนและรายปี
แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงินเดือนให้กับลูกค้าและภายในองค์กร รวมถึงกฎหมายแรงงาน ภาษี ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา ประกันสังคม ฯลฯ
ตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อมูลเงินเดือนเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลทั้งหมดเป็นปัจจุบันและถูกต้อง

คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการเงินเดือนเป็นอย่างดี ทั้งภาษี และกฎหมายแรงงาน
ความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Excel (เช่น สูตร, XLOOKUP, ตาราง Pivot)
สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาที่เข้มงวด
มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และคำนวณที่มีความแม่นยำสูง
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและเป็นผู้นำที่ดีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
สามารถรักษาความลับอย่างเคร่งครัดและจัดการข้อมูลที่ละเอียดอ่อนได้อย่างปลอดภัย
