Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stakeholder engagement by aligning project objectives, expectations, and deliverables across business units and external partners.

• Drive business transformation initiatives and support the implementation of enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational requirements.

• Oversee project execution, track milestones, identify potential risks, and provide regular progress updates and executive-level reports to management.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that support business growth and continuous improvement.

• Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities to ensure successful transition to new processes and systems.

• Coordinate project resources, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and quality standards.

• Contribute to the development of best practices, governance frameworks, and process standards that promote long-term business excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 12 years of professional experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

• Experience in ERP implementation, SAP environments, digital transformation programs, or enterprise system enhancement projects is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify business challenges, evaluate solutions, and recommend practical improvements.

• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively in a professional and international business setting.

• Experience with process mapping, workflow design, change management, or business transformation initiatives will be considered an advantage.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or related credentials are a plus.
